The exhibition about water and geology is located at 32 meters and offers a multitude of interactive stations which help in widening one’s knowledge about the vital element of water.
Did you know, for example, that it is estimated that about half of precipitation returns to the atmosphere through evaporation? About 40% runs off directly through surface waters and just around 10% of precipitation seeps into the ground.
Or that the Berdorf springs provide raw water of high and hygienic quality? In Berdorf, the water is checked at least 5 times a year at all important withdrawal points in the municipality.
